Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. International shipping is currently available to Canada, The UK, The EU, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
What are your U.S. shipping options?
For the 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico and U.S.Territories, we offer free USPS Standard Ground Shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $50. No code is required. Please allow up to 2 business days for order and payment processing before your order ships.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories may require additional time than the estimate below.

USPS Standard Ground (5-7 business days) for orders less than $50 - $6.95
USPS Standard Ground (5-7 business days) for orders over $50 - FREE
2nd Day - 2 business days
2nd Day shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. No 2nd Day delivery to PO Boxes.
Please note that packages are unable to arrive by the morning. If you would like to request the AM 2nd Day or AM Priority Overnight delivery options, please contact email@example.com directly to get a quote for these services.
What should I know about possible U.S. shipping delays?
Due to factors such as holiday delays by U.S. shipping carriers, supply chain issues, weather, and additional complications, unexpected delays in receiving your Care package may occur.

Who handles your international shipping?
We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.
Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
How can I track my international order package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your tracking page with your tracking link.
When will I receive my international order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!
International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
My international order package seems to have stopped moving.
If your international order package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
