Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. 

What are your shipping options? 

We offer free USPS Standard Ground Shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $50. No code required. Please allow up to 2 business days for order and payment processing before your order ships.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories may require additional time than the estimate below.

Holiday Shipping Information:
Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST on the applicable date to be received before Christmas Eve (12/24):
USPS Ground: order on Dec 15th
FedEx Ground: order on Dec 16th
2nd Day: order on Dec 20th
Overnight Standard: order on Dec 23rd

Other shipping options are as follows:
USPS 
USPS Standard Ground (5-9 business days) for orders less than $50 - $6.95
USPS Standard Ground (5-9 business days) for orders over $50 - FREE 

FedEx Ground 
FedEx Ground Home Delivery - (1–5 business days by end of day) U.S. only. Transit times are determined by shipping distance. No PO Box deliveries. Deliveries Monday – Sunday. 

2nd Day - 2 business days 
Priority Standard Overnight - 1 business day ​​

2nd Day and Priority Standard Overnight shipping are only available in the 48 contiguous states. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. No 2nd Day or Priority Standard Overnight delivery to PO Boxes. 

Please note that packages are unable to arrive by the morning. If you would like to request the AM 2nd Day or AM Priority Overnight delivery options, please contact help@careskincare.com directly to get a quote for these services.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, Care products are only shipped within the United States. 

What should I know about possible shipping delays? 

Due to factors such as holiday delays by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, weather, and additional complications, unexpected delays in receiving your Care package may occur. 

We do our best to process your order and ship your Care products as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. As a reminder, we only ship within the U.S.
