How do I check my order status?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We recommend you create an account, so you can view your order history.

I made a mistake with my order, can I change or cancel it?

Please email us at as soon as possible, and we will do our best to process your request. Please note that once the order has processed, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

One promo code per order can be used.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.

How do I save or remove my payment information?

We don't store any payment information.



What's your return policy?

We accept authorized returns of unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, but we don't pay return shipping costs. To request a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return to Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

How long will my return take to process? 

We'll do our best to process your return within three business days of your request.



Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 US States, Puerto Rico and US Territories. 

What are your shipping options? 

We offer free standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for order and payment processing before your order ships. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Territories may require additional time. Other shipping options are as follows:

  • Standard ground (5-8 business days)
  • 2nd day air (2 business days)  $15.00*
  • Priority Overnight  (1 business day)  $30.00* 

*2nd day and Priority shipping only available in the 48 contiguous states. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, Care products are only shipped within the United States.
