What's your return policy?
We will gladly accept authorized returns only from www.careskincare.com on unopened and unused products in original packaging placed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you have purchased a Value Set or Limited Edition Set all items must be returned from that set under the above conditions.
Please note that all Care E-Gift Cards, Value Sets, Limited Edition Sets, Care Sample Packs and sale or promotional items are final sale and ineligible for an exchange, cancellation, store credit or refund.
You will need to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. We are not responsible for any damage incurred when returning your products. Small restocking fees may apply.
To request a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return to help@careskincare.com. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

What if I purchased from another online store?
If you purchased from another authorized online store, please contact them directly for assistance. Our Care Customer Team is unable to refund or replace any items sold through our authorized online stores.
How long will my return take to process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will do our best to process your return within five business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
