What's your return policy?
We will gladly accept authorized returns on unopened / unused products in original packaging placed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All Care E-Gift Cards and Limited Edition Sets sales are final and ineligible for an exchange, cancellation, store credit or refund.
You will need to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. We are not responsible for any damage incurred when returning your products. Small restocking fees may apply.
To request a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return to email@example.com. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
How long will my return take to process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will do our best to process your return within five business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
