What's your return policy?
We accept returns from careskincare.com for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. If you have purchased a Value Set or Limited Edition Set, all items from that set must be returned under the above conditions.
E-Gift Cards, Sample Packs, and sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, cancellation, store credit, or refund.
To request a return, email help@careskincare.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process it within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What if I purchased from another online store?
If you purchased from another authorized online store, please contact them directly for assistance. We're unable to issue refunds or replacements for items sold through other retailers.
